Incredibly naive people think a president can repeal anything without majorities in both House and Senate.

And even then it ain’t a cakewalk.

http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows Mitt Romney attracting 46% of the vote, while President Obama earns support from 45%. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

Voters see a clear choice between the candidates on the health care issue. If Romney is elected and Republicans win control of Congress, 80% say it’s likely the president’s health care law will be repealed. Hardly anyone expects repeal if the president is reelected and Democrats regain control of Congress.

New numbers on the health care law show that 53% of voters nationwide still favor repeal of the health care law.

80% are going to be disappointed along with being stupid.

If they had the intelligence to do their own thinking, they would recall what some, not many probably, were taught in civics class. To wit: It is the Legislative Branch that enacts and repeals laws. Not the Executive Branch.

Congress can repeal obamacare. Should, and it is a big should, he be elected, Romney's action would be , should Congress pass a law to repeal obamacare, again there is about the same chances of this happening as the sun rising in the west, Romney's actions would be limited to signing or vetoing the bill.

I have no doubt that if Romney gets elected he'll attempt to do the following:
