ASSIGNMENT OF NATIONAL SECURITY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS COMMUNICATIONS FUNCTIONS
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. The Federal Government must have the ability to communicate at all times and under all circumstances to carry out its most critical and time sensitive missions. Survivable, resilient, enduring, and effective communications, both domestic and international, are essential to enable the executive branch to communicate within itself and with: the legislative and judicial branches; State, local, territorial, and tribal governments; private sector entities; and the public, allies, and other nations. Such communications must be possible under all circumstances to ensure national security, effectively manage emergencies, and improve national resilience. The views of all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and the public must inform the development of national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) communications policies, programs, and capabilities.

This is something I keep wondering about. I looked up the oath in the National Code and confirmed that it not only applies to officers but also federal employees and a lot of law enforcement agencies.
I would have to be wondering if I was not in violation of my oath every day right now. It would be a very very hard right to choose wouldn’t it?

Below is a copy of a proposed Amendment being pushed by an organization called “Move To Amend”. It is an attempt to strip the rights of select organizations in order to limit or stop their spending. Note that unions, non-governmental organizations (NGO) nor environmental groups are mentioned.
This is being pushed across the U.S. at the city and county level and has now come to Salem. Below the amendment is the motion Salem City Councilor Laura Tesler has put on the City Council agenda for Monday July 9th.
This needs to be stopped dead in its tracks!!!
Contact your elected representative now and tell them not to let this travesty move forward. Come to the City Council meeting Monday night and support us in stopping this. You don’t need to give testimony, just be there to back us up.
Help us stop the destruction of our Constitution and the decay of our rights and freedoms.
The time to take a stand and say NO MORE!!!! is now.

Section 1 [A corporation is not a person and can be regulated]
The rights protected by the Constitution of the United States are the rights of natural persons only.
Artificial entities, such as corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities, established by the laws of any State, the United States, or any foreign state shall have no rights under this Constitution and are subject to regulation by the People, through Federal, State, or local law.
The privileges of artificial entities shall be determined by the People, through Federal, State, or local law, and shall not be construed to be inherent or inalienable.
Section 2 [Money is not speech and can be regulated]
Federal, State and local government shall regulate, limit, or prohibit contributions and expenditures, including a candidate’s own contributions and expenditures, for the purpose of influencing in any way the election of any candidate for public office or any ballot measure.
Federal, State and local government shall require that any permissible contributions and expenditures be publicly disclosed.
The judiciary shall not construe the spending of money to influence elections to be speech under the First Amendment.
Section 3
Nothing contained in this amendment shall be construed to abridge the freedom of the press
There is a letter from Laura Tesler to the Mayor and City Council for a motion to put this on the November ballot.
So we can all vote it down.

BooBoo is planning something for Oct. Maybe a takeover. The St Louis military training drills with the cops there have some ominous ovetones. With all due respect to ham radio operators, your ability is almost worthless in the context of modern communication.
I can pick up a telephone and call someone or drive and tell them, but its not the same as FreeRepublic, emails, social networking, the radio/TV station, or texting.
The idea of controlling communication is not to control everything, just the rapid/mass forms that everyone uses and relies on.
The problem with Romney is that he's a windsock-puppet; I believe his nature allows his "intent" to be directed in a manner mirroring Obama's. (IOW, he is a false sense of security.)

Question, does it matter which browser you use to check your computer? is the malware stored in the browser or in your system files? I couldn’t get aol on an ancient computer to go to the fbi site so I used firefox, which showed the pc was ok.

WE MUST contact our federal representatives and DEMAND to know NOW IF this is true. Massive, mega voter fraud perpetrated by oboma if this is true...may explain his cocky attitude of a win in November. This can not be allowed. I’m not sure 5.3(e) is directed at Rush (or anyone else). The reference in 5.3(e) to “in those parts of the electromagnetic spectrum assigned to the Federal Government” seems to rule out commercial radio stations. The federal government has big swaths of spectrum already assigned to it—this seems to allow them to reassign it. There may be other parts of the EO to worry about, but the section 5.3(e) doesn’t seem to be one of them.
