Exactly. These people grasping for straws are just clueless. All they do is talk themselves into an alternate reality. The Rats are raving that Justice Roberts saved Planned Parenthood.

I have found in my many decades that the truth is, usually, quite simple and not this convoluted crap.

What we have here is a Trioka Form of Rule.

The Obama spends the Money, The Reid approves the Money, and The Traitor John Roberts collects the Money.

Traiter John has also volunteered to reinterpret any legal conflicts, in the unlikely chance that any should dare to be brought to the attention of THE TRIOKA.

Total crap and Bovine Excrement.

I trust Mark Levin’s dissecting of what Roberts did (minus the fact Roberts changed his vote after voting against it) and the ruling of Roberts and his convoluted opinion is - as Mark rightly states - a disaster.

All Roberts did is put a nail in the coffin of liberty.

He saved himself from being labeled. Had he deemed it unconstitutional, then the whole thing would have been deemed null an void. All he did was stir the pot more.

Taney thought he’d saved the United States, too.
The clock is ticking. Remains to be see if we have a second Civil War, or if the Federales are able to clamp down and inflict a totalitarian state on us.

I read this article and I want my 10 minutes back. I don't need a Constitutional scholar to tell me Roberts was wrong and that he certainly did not save the union. You can read provisions from this monstrosity all you want, off you are going to tell me this falls within the powers of government as intended by the founders then I'm going to say you don't know history and that you didn't read the founders writings.

Whatever was left of the republic died when this ruling came out and its time small government conservatives woke up and stopped diluting themselves with this nonsense.

They can stick this “wish” where the sun doesn’t shine.

Roberts’ treatise in the ruling re: commerce clause was ‘dicta’ that isn’t citable in a future precedent citation. Tax, penalty are just words that Obama’s administration will use to dissemble and flout the law and mutate Roberts’ effup as they wish. Roberts is a traitor, pure and simple. He did this to make his own sense of being accepted by the DC elites and liberal media more secure. He should have known they will never accept him. Now, he is a traitor to America.

A self-satisfied writing style usually only works in sarcasm. In other modes, it comes of condescending and distracts the readers concentration from the pertinent concepts of the article.

The fury against Judge Roberts is akin to some husband getting angry at his wife for pointing out that he’s made lots of bad life choices (not talking about MY marriage, mind you): WE voted for these people, WE let them write these godawful laws, WE keep them in power, and this stink is what WE brought upon ourselves, so we get angry at Justice Roberts for pointing out the obvious. His summary was a GREAT one that every parent has to use at some time or another with their irresponsible child: I’m not here to bail you out of the mess you’ve created. Grow up and do the right thing.

Now all this guy has to do is convince Obama, every Dem, HHS, IRS and the MSM of his theory and everything will be hunkie-dorie!

So much horse shi! whether Justice Roberts saved us or not that I refuse to read most of the crap. Lets see what he does on future decisions before him. As for Obamacare, that is for us to see it is totally repealed. Vote for Romney unless at the convention Newt is back. We need real constitutional bull dog not a wimp but if a wimp is all we got then get behind him. Otherwise Obamacare and King Obama is here to stay forever.

Did Obama’s lawyers wrote this?

It’s so full of holes and BS it’s not even funny, I just don’t want to waste my time pointing out every ludicrous statement and error in this “justification”.

Roberts trampled on the Constitution, plain and simple.

The only question remains whether he was paid off or intimidated. I would call for his resignation, except that would give Obama a chance to install a real leftist to totally destroy the SCOTUS.
