What we have here is a Trioka Form of Rule.

The Obama spends the Money, The Reid approves the Money, and The Traitor John Roberts collects the Money.

Traiter John has also volunteered to reinterpret any legal conflicts, in the unlikely chance that any should dare to be brought to the attention of THE TRIOKA.

Total crap and Bovine Excrement.

I trust Mark Levin’s dissecting of what Roberts did (minus the fact Roberts changed his vote after voting against it) and the ruling of Roberts and his convoluted opinion is - as Mark rightly states - a disaster.

All Roberts did is put a nail in the coffin of liberty.

He saved himself from being labeled. Had he deemed it unconstitutional, then the whole thing would have been deemed null an void. All he did was stir the pot more.

Taney thought he’d saved the United States, too.
The clock is ticking. Remains to be see if we have a second Civil War, or if the Federales are able to clamp down and inflict a totalitarian state on us.

I read this article and I want my 10 minutes back. I don't need a Constitutional scholar to tell me Roberts was wrong and that he certainly did not save the union. You can read provisions from this monstrosity all you want, off you are going to tell me this falls within the powers of government as intended by the founders then I'm going to say you don't know history and that you didn't read the founders writings.

Whatever was left of the republic died when this ruling came out and its time small government conservatives woke up and stopped diluting themselves with this nonsense.

New RNC campaign slogan:

“Republicans: Tax collectors for the welfare state.”

A self-satisfied writing style usually only works in sarcasm. In other modes, it comes of condescending and distracts the readers concentration from the pertinent concepts of the article.

Now all this guy has to do is convince Obama, every Dem, HHS, IRS and the MSM of his theory and everything will be hunkie-dorie!

So much horse shi! whether Justice Roberts saved us or not that I refuse to read most of the crap. Lets see what he does on future decisions before him. As for Obamacare, that is for us to see it is totally repealed. Vote for Romney unless at the convention Newt is back. We need real constitutional bull dog not a wimp but if a wimp is all we got then get behind him. Otherwise Obamacare and King Obama is here to stay forever.

Did Obama’s lawyers wrote this?

It’s so full of holes and BS it’s not even funny, I just don’t want to waste my time pointing out every ludicrous statement and error in this “justification”.

Roberts trampled on the Constitution, plain and simple.

The only question remains whether he was paid off or intimidated. I would call for his resignation, except that would give Obama a chance to install a real leftist to totally destroy the SCOTUS.

When you look up the word “convoluted” in Websters there is a picture of the author. All of his windy tortured logic will fall by the wayside when there is a fifth liberal judge on the SC and he discovers that precedent and constitutional principles take a back seat to enacting liberal Dem legislative policies.

Interesting analysis...and I read the entire thing. Are you connected to the legal profession in any way?

You make a good case.

If it’s a tax under the tax code, then the HHS can’t issue waivers. Taxes-even penalties must be equally applied unless there is an exemption in the tax law.

We’ll see how long ObamaCare last once someone wakes up to that.
