So FReepers, instead of trashing the top of the ticket, MUST turn attention to Congress - our only hope, and really the way the Framers set it up.

These two actions are not, in any way, mutually exclusive. As a matter of fact, emphasizing the unsuitability of the Republican candidate makes the election of good Congresspeople all the more important - our main talking point for getting Tea Party types elected.

If getting Congresspeople elected is so important to you, why are you wasting time running interference for Romney? Follow your own advice.

Because Congres can only BLOCK Judicial nominees. The President appoints them. We BOTH the the Executive branch (No More Holder) as well as Congress.
