At least there is a difference between the Republicans and the Democrats. That is one bright spot. Hopefully, there are enough sane Californians who will vote no on Brown’s tax increase ballot initiative in November. If California has enough money for this boondogle they can do without a tax increase.
Don’t kid yourself. If it had been close, some of those Republicans would have gone over to the dark side to make sure it passed.
Who gives a damn whether the public want the thing or not, and they definitely do not under the current conditions.
