Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt claimed on Thursday that the Obama administration never referred to the Affordable Care Acts individual mandate as a tax when it argued the bills constitutionality before the Supreme Court.
However, as we demonstrated in an article published earlier this afternoon, this simply isnt true. In fact, the claim is so monumentally false, everyone from CNNs Soledad OBrien to Fox News Megyn Kelly has called B.S. on LaBolt.

This was fun. Megyn once again demonstrating that simply because she is blonde, pretty, and on Fox, she is not a ditz. This foolish man made the unfortunate assumption that she is just eye candy (probably because of all the mental midgets on the other MSM networks who have to wear eyeglasses to try and prove they have some intellect.)
Lesson: Do not argue with a good lawyer, especially ones with good facts backing them. They will chew you up and spit you out.

I think the concept of Megyn Kelly frustration is intrisically interesting.

I saw this and it was fun! Megyn slapped this jackwagon into next week! She did a wonderful job highlighting the wounded warriors on Wednesday, July 4th. She asked people to donate to a number of worthy charities and the response overloaded one of the websites.

Maybe he figured that anyone who is “smart” knows to go along with whatever history the Inner Party claims happened.
Obama's "Ministry of Truth" has spoken!

Megyn Kelly is hands down the best interviewer on TV. She not only doesn't allow people to evade questions with B.S., she also seems to be the only one who actually knows how to listen and ask follow up questions based on them. Nine years as a practicing attorney for a NYC firm shows.

Who else wanted to punch that smarmy look right off that guy’s face?
He knows that the majority of Americans aren’t paying attention.

Megyn Kelly is hands down the best interviewer on TV.Yes, but what's with her hair? Ever since she had her baby, I haven't cared for her hair styles.
And we all know they only hire the wimmin at Fox News for their looks!
Seriously, I would LOVE to see Megyn do a Sunday morning show, but she's such a great interviewer that there wouldn't be many willing to be interviewed by her. I'd pay good money to see her on "Red Eye!" Her and Gutfeld would be a hoot!

Well, Anne Romney said the campaign was also looking at women for the VP spot. Actually, it would be quite fun to watch the Dems on that topic.

In the bigger scheme of things does it really matter that Megyn Fox points out the Obama regimes constant lies-Looks like the Obama admin is having the last laugh on the American people to me the bill still lives. So they lied whats new they are all liars but that changes nothing they just recruit more liars to implement their overreaching
bills to our detriment.

I agree. Megyn displays the tenacity that I used to like in O'Reilly. He was one of the first interviewers who would not let his guests dance around questions. However, BOR is an idiot and I'd love to see Megyn take over The Factor.

Agree about the hair—several odd styles, but improving lately. She and Greta both put Babwa Wawa to shame, although who can match those probing questions about what kind of tree the interviewee might want to be?
