The President's band?
Could it be, could it possibly be... Barack Obama called the HATERS up and told them to bug off?
I was not familiar with or able to identify the band. A Marine told me that was what the red and white outfitted group was called. He wondered why they were there. They were requested by someone and approved by someone else, probably not the President. I think they play for special events and at the White House. About 20 musicians, I would guess.
