I have serious spinal arthritis and can barely walk. I went in for surgery and the insurance carrier requires an MRI of my back, but wouldn’t pay for it. Then they denied me for back surgery. And i cannot get any pain killer either.
But union members and illegals get to have the same surgery and have insurance pay for it.
If your condition is as you stated and medical records showing proof of such, have you considered applying for SS disablity?
