How many times does this guy get an oopsie, my bad, just an honest mistake, uh dunno how that happened, a coinky dink, wow who knew, etc.? Everyone gets one or two freaky oopsies on their records but after about the 57th, you begin to wonder.
I agree, having an SSN with the wrong number by mistake is within the realm of possibility but I think exceedingly unlikely.
If he does in fact have a number from a place he has never lived, and I have no idea if that is right or wrong, then I would strongly suspect it is a fake one.
