Lower courts had not been expended when the Obama admin asked the SCOTUS to hear the case. Typically a losing party gets to the Supreme Court through appeal, but the Whitehouse asked the High Court to hear this case. The schedule of the court is well known so the Whitehouse knew that there would be a decision in the summer before the election. This whole thing has been orchestrated to make this THE issue of the 2012 cycle. They expected to run against Romney and have prepared for four years. This is not going to be pretty.

We cannot save this country or even begin to improve it by voting for liberals. We cannot save this country or even begin to improve it by voting for candidates who tolerate abortion, by voting for candidates who will not stand against the homosexual agenda, by voting for candidates who tolerate big government at the federal or state level, by voting for candidates who believe government has a role to play in our health care system, by voting for candidates who want “comprehensive immigration reform” (aka amnesty), by voting for candidates who refuse to acknowledge our God as the source of our liberty and our fundamental rights as human beings, or by voting for candidates who do not understand the vital necessity of protecting each citizen’s right to bear arms in order to protect the other rights that God has bestowed on each of us.

That means we cannot vote for candidates like Obama. It also means that we cannot vote for candidates like Romney. That may be difficult for some folks to understand. But, until they do understand it, they will continue to hopelessly and helplessly drift toward what they deserve - a morally bankrupt existence within a morally bankrupt society.

Reject liberal candidates. Trust God.

What an absolute crock.
The majority of the country is against the bill and now that the SCOTUS screwed us they will look at it as an accomplishment?
People are seeing their premiums skyrocket, co-pays going through the roof along with their deductibles. This they will see as a good thing for Zero?
BS.
I’m so sick of these friggen whining right-wingers
