It rained a lot last night, but because it didn’t come down in a 15 minute period, we didn’t have the flooding we normally do. Lots of accidents, though.
There are a couple of big rigs that jackknifed across the I-95 southbound about four AM and the freeway is still closed.
Folks aren’t used to driving with care in the rain as we have so little of it.
