OK. Do not fly the Stars and Stripes in a distress mode. A better choice would be to fly the Gadsden or Sons of Liberty flag instead. There are several other good choices as well. Several other FReepers have noted that.

To fly Old Glory upsidedown is indeed childish and shows no understanding of protocol or maturity.
