While I agree with Mrs. Palin with regards to firing up the base, I will not thank The Supreme Court for shredding the Constitution once again.

Even if there is a landslide in November the Constitution has been irreparably harmed. To be honest, tomorrow, Independence Day has lost a little bit more of its meaning.

She’s right in general. The way to get rid of Obamacare is through congress, not court. The people need to get rid of Obamacare because we don’t want it.

Someday a Democrat-loaded SC court could reverse any decision. Congress had a hell of a time getting it passed, and Congress will have a hell of a time passing it again.

Take Obamcare out of the SC’s hands!
