From Romney’s campaign website:

Health Care:

“Mitt’s Plan
On his first day in office, Mitt Romney will issue an executive order that paves the way for the federal government to issue Obamacare waivers to all fifty states. He will then work with Congress to repeal the full legislation as quickly as possible.”

That’s his position on the matter. Other than hone his messaging about the difference between the needs of MA and the US, not sure what else we want him to do.

Mark Levin, a constitutional lawyer, said last night on his show that it will NOT be possible for Romney to repeal HC on day one...like he says.

Is this during the parade, during the Swearing in or during the 19 Inaugural Balls he must attend...This guy is the biggest liar I have seen

Romney doesn't mean a word of it. He's a well-known liar who will say anything to get elected. You know that, Scott.

Huh? How about pointing out that obama fraudently passed a health care bill based on taxes and broke his pledge not to raise taxes on people with incomes below $250k. The president lied. Isn’t that worth pointing out? If not what is?

With such a small percentage of people citing health care as their main concern, he does well to avoid the hot potato.

Don’t you understand? Mitt should be on the tv 24/7 just like Chuck Schumer, screaming his vitriol for Obamacare...THAT is what will help him.

Or not.

Damn, there is just making no one happy—Romney went out and said he was against Federally Mandated Health Care. Contrary to many FREEPers opinions, FMHC is not the same as a state mandate. See Amendment Ten.

His site is selling a t-shirt that emphasizes his committment to ending Obamacare.

Just because he isn’t doing something loud during the week of Independence Day (when many people are vacationing anyway) doesn’t mean he has abandoned his position.

It's good that he would do that. However, to send a real message he will tell the American people that he will move to fire the 300,000 plus bureaucrats hired to implement this monstrosity.

You see, I think Mitt knows Obamacare will NEVER be repealed. He is just giving us false hope. Nothing I read has indicated that there would be a move to eliminate the parasites hired.

Can someone who interviews the GOP leadership just ask, Do you envision the firing of the 300,000 employees hired to implement ACA?

Their answer will tell you ALL you need to know about the seriousness of the GOP-e intent to truly repeal.
