Yep. With the inherent inefficiencies of government the only way to make kenyancare "work" is:
1) A Massive taxes increase on all (VAT, etc.)
2) lower standard of living (smaller houses, cars, etc)
3) lower quality health care (rationing, etc)
That is the only possible template and how they do socialized medicine in Europe. The idea that we can get all the goodies "free" is insane.
