I wouldn't list those states in the same order of likelihood to go to The GOP. I'd put Wisconsin as more likely to go GOP than PA, based on Walker's decisive win in the gubernatorial recall election. Also, I'd put Michigan and Minnesota in the toss-up category as well, and even New Mexico.

Florida should be #1 on that list ahead of Va.

I might put unlisted Michigan ahead of PA also cause it’s Romney’s original home state and it’s debatable as to whether it’s more ratty than PA or not. I would call PA lean D.

Wisconsin certainly ahead of PA, looks like it’s close to a tossup.

Colorado slightly ahead of Nevada

Minnesota and NM, no certainly lean D.
