WASHINGTON, June 29, 2012 – A third hearing in a lawsuit challenging President Obama’s eligibility to appear on the Florida ballot is being held this morning, Friday June 29 in Tallahassee. The hearing comes on the last day of a critical week for the Obama Administration, which included yesterday's Supreme Court health care ruling and a vote by the U.S. House of Representatives to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in Contempt of Congress.
President Obama through his attorneys filed a motion to strike the amended complaint, and the plaintiff, a Florida voter represented by Attorney Larry Klayman, has filed an opposition to the motion to strike.
Judge Terry Lewis, noted for presiding over the 2000 Florida election results dispute between George W. Bush and Al Gore, is assigned to the case in Leon County Circuit Court.

No demands...just wanted to know what progress was being made....Last thing we’d heard it was going to be in early June, then later, then end of June. July 27 is fine for BIG TIME pitchfork....Probably won’t end then either.

Do we think the info they’ll reveal will truly rock odumbo’s world?? It’s my opinion that ALL of the information Joe has revealed so far has been devastating to that loser and yet, not a damn thing happens. This really confirms that we’re in a spiritual warfare.

I would LOVE to see him off the ballot in Florida.
But it’s not going to happen.

That’s a mess of a ruling. The Florida judge makes a ridiculous error in citing Minor to say that the constitution doesn’t say who shall be natural-born citizens by following with a statement that is based on a constituional grant of citizenship through an unspecified Supreme Court declaration that every person born in the United States, subject to the jurisdiction, becomes at once a citizen of the United States. He leaves out that the Wong Kim Ark court said that when construing the clause that makes every person “at once a citizen” that the Constitution STILL does not say who shall be natural-born citzens. And he ignores that the Minor decision gives an exclusive definition of natural-born citizen that requires having citizen parents. The rest of the decision argues that somehow Obama is not the official nominee for office and that the plaintiff has no way to ever legally challenge Obama in that capacity.
