What if Issa already HAS copies of many of the most incriminating docs; and already has the incriminating scoop?

Through all the lefts attacks, the accusations of racism, the MSM onslaughts, etc., he keeps going. I think it's because he knows whats in those documents. I think he knows EVERYTHING, and he's not going to let this issue escape. This scandal has got to be a lot bigger than we think it is.

He not only has them, but everybody knows he has them. That can be said with almost ironclad certainty.

Issa must follow the required process. Obama is hoping he can run out the clock.
