He knew enough that it was a large reach to call it a tax. I predicted he would get it right in the end and he did. Too bad it didn't affect the outcome.

What recourse do the people have regarding Kagan and her obligation to recuse herself from this case? I suppose I am a bit ignorant on the technicalities?
