Anyone know what % of tax they would have to raise to pay for this historic mammoth piece of crap.
I don’t think so because the bill did originate in the House, sort of.
The Senate took a bill that had passed the House and replaced it’s contents with Obamacare and then sent it back to the House.
After this last week, these words just seem to have a whole new meaning.
What ever percent they desire to raise it....after all the 2800 pages that are now law, are just an outline. Countless new agencies will be formed to fill in the blanks with new regulations, you think the i.r.s. is bad, wait until this monster gets teeth, the i.r.s. will be nothing but one of the "police" agencies controlled and embedded in this "humanitarian" law
Roberts is a traitor to the Constitution, The Bill of Rights and to the USA. He just joined the other traitors sitting on the progressive wing of the Supreme Court.
The Arizona decision was the warning. Why would anyone expect a Judge, who does not defend State’s Rights, to recognize the rights of the Citizen’s of this Country as guaranteed under the Constitution?
Pray for our Country.
Nobody can dispute that John Roberts is very intelligent. He has been a consistent constitutionalist in all his previous rulings. In this case the evidence strongly suggests that Roberts originally supported declaring the law unconstitutional. The decision was delayed until the last possible day. The stupid arguments in the majority opinion could not possibly have persuaded someone as intelligent as Roberts.
Roberts must have changed his mind late in the process. The reason for this could not have had anything to do with the legal arguments in the majority opinion. Roberts must have been pressured, blackmailed or changed his mind for some unknown reason.
I completely believe that he is a Soviet mole.
The AZ decision ——
combined with BO’s amnesty == were just to let us know that about a million, plus all of their relatives and chain migration (20, 30 million?) are ready and willing to replace us as we age. Especially as those over 70 are worthless “units” in DeathCare terminology. Now, 40s and 50s are even too old as there are so many illegal alien “youths” willing to take our place as slaves.
So, no you do not know what percent.
Not that I am not afraid ..very afraid. The people who think they want this THING will change their minds when it is fully implemented.. but by then it will be to late.
My guess is: whatever the ball park figure is X10.
Agreed, it seems the man Roberts is a liberal loser who is a traitor to America and a lying dog.
You have NO IDEA how Harriet Meirs would have ruled. She was a LOUSY nominee, a pro-abort, and a crony.
Some of us remember how horrible she was. Talk about misguided nostalgia!
Wake up. this is 2012.
You’ve seen it?
Absolutely! Couldn't agree with you more. #1, if the lawmakers don't know what's in a pending law, that law shouldn't be passed, and #2, it should never have been foisted on SCOTUS in this manner because if you expect a judge (justice) to properly rule on a matter before the court, then they should be expected to read the moving papers.
Oh, wait ...
“Deciding to not appear the Court look partisan, he sided with the Liberals.”
So if I understand you correctly, John Roberts voted for Marxism to be the law of the land because he wanted to seem “fair.”
What an honorable man.
Correction, what a walking piece of anti-American crap.
>>I cant believe all the hand wringing on this. Its silly. its going to be overturned. Period. And all at once instead of piecework.
<<
You mean like GWB’s brilliant strategery to sign CFR into law with that idiotic smirk, then saying SCOTUS would overturn it?
Except they didn’t.
First of all, I don’t buy the half-baked idea, but even if it is true, we’ve had enough of morons like this playing games with our freedom instead of doing the right thing.
Such unmitigated arrogance. It’s detestable.
And liberty is not “silly.”
I trust Scalia’s judgement on this. He’s got a Hell of a lot more skins on the wall than that noob Roberts.
