Of course, we who DO pay for our insurance are the ones who are paying for those who don’t. Our Mexican mayor is very happy about that. The hospitals must give them free service even if they don’t pay anything.

Our Mexican L.A. Mayor, Villaragosa is very happy that we who pay for our insurance are actually also paying for those who don’t.
Those would be the “undocumented.”
