I think it is time for us to remember that G W Bush gave us this pseudo-conservative, and G W Bush failures as President gave us Obama.

Let's be fair here.. Roberts, who had clerked for Rehnquist, had a solid conservative background at the time of nomination. Do we not remember the grilling he got from dems during the confirmation process? Up until this week, he'd kept with his conservative underpinnings. It's a stretch to lay it on Bush that Roberts failed today.
