I know this is probably posted all wrong. I don't do this often, but this is interesting, so I hope the mods cut me some slack on it. High level conservatives are hearing through back channels that Roberts might support democrats, for some mysterious reason.
This is from Rush's discussion of the immigration decision. As always, listen to him, and you get inside info. There may be something more here than meets the eye.

So what do they have on him or how have they got to him?
How can someone with a lifetime appointment be blackmailed? And why would someone who has the opportunity to write a solid 6-3, reasoned decision, write a totally stupid 5-4 decision?
We can’t even imagine the amount of intrigue that is now going on. Can’t even dream of what is going on to destroy the country behind the scenes, the level of surveillance of citizens who oppose this regime nor the retributions that will take place soon.
It will not be long from now before people who insist on clinging to freedom and individual rights will be carted off one-by-one.
Crazy? I don’t think so. We are already seeing things happen that were condemned as crazy. Ideas like doctors reporting to the government people who are considered obese to the government for “counseling”. That was once considered an unthinkable idea. Now it is something seriously and unashamedly suggested. There was a time when no sane person anywhere would state something so invasive of individual liberty. This ruling today allows them to “tax” anyone who does not comply with this kind of order. Economically, you are ruined.

Yep. That is the first thing I thought of yesterday when Rush intimated some inside information .

The barbarians on the other end of The Won's BlackBerry let him know that if he voted "wrong", The Won would be nominating a new Chief Justice "soon".
Clarence Thomas is a personal friend of Rush. I imagine Thomas gives Rush the lowdown on the SCOTUS internal deliberations.......................

I have listened to Rush since he went national. His failure to stick his neck out and give endorsements during the recent primary is gutless. Some of us feel like America is facing true destruction from within. There even seem to be some out there that think there will be a real revolution. I don’t think that will happen. It is over, get used to it. Figure out how to take care of your loved ones. There are always opportunities for wise men to prosper.
For those of you that think Romney, if elected, will change the course we are on, good luck.
There were showers in Germany. I am sure there were many that thought it would never get that bad. The wise ones did not get on cattle cars. Or say: “ I think we should just get on the next train. We will be O.K.”
The truth is a man with a real personal constitution cannot be blackmailed. If he did something bad enough to be blackmailed for he was not a good man to begin with. Folks who compromise core values never had them to start with.
Rush knew and I knew he knew. (apologies for that sentence). If you paid attention to Rush yesterday he was prepping us for a tough blow by saying things like we can repeal it after November. He tried to present the other side but he was not convincing enough for me to think that it would be thrown out. He sounded like a father saying, don’t worry it’s going to be OK in a little while.

Hmmm... you may be right. If Roberts is indeed a closet democRAT, we are soooo screwed. Of course he already screwed us big time today with this despicable ObamaCare ruling!
As for anyone who compromises their principles "never had them in the first place".... WELL I know someone through this website (never met her in person) who stopped pursuing certain evidence against O hbama after she and her husband received large color photos of their children at the playground of the kids' elementary school. No letter, no return address, just a message: we know where you live.

It is likely Roberts is a treated epileptic. There are lots of these folks in our society, highly functional and intelligent. But a target for the primitive troglodytes of the democrat party apparatus of power.
Obama is an amoral chicago thug who came into the US senate by using thug tactics to release the sealed divorce documents of his republican opponent.
NOTHING is beyond the capacity of amoral alinskyite marxists to realize a totalitarian rule of all of us. Ask judges in Columbia how “free” they are judicially to rule on a law or a criminal.
Put nothing past these people to threaten— and the means— through the security apparatus for SC justices as provided for by the federal government. The SC does not have a secret service like system— and any in that employ could be co-opted. The Chicago way.
That said, they got their pyrrhic victory. And Justice Roberts may have finessed this decision, siding with the ultra liberal neo socialists while including a poison pill within the decision. Now the federal govt. can "tax" anything individually-- mandating all kinds of behaviour. The Tea Party is a leviathan they surely must fear and we will know this by their reactions to Tea Party responses.
Now they have to live with it and the concept of individual mandate/tax on people who will NOT pay it (the idea being to overload the healthcare systems via Alinsky, to collapse govt.- never forget that). And we shall make them pay dearly at the ballot box and for generations for denying us our freedom.
