Today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Federal Government can tax citizens because they exist, not because they earn income, but because they exist. There are no limits on the amount we can be taxed to exist.
We are all now officially slaves owned by and for the U.S. Federal Government.
It only took 3% the first time, right? What’s 3% of 305 million... Of course, most police departments are militarized now, there are RFIDs all over, 30,000 drones they could deploy, cameras in every small town, and tracking of our every movement.
It’s time to start viewing the federal government with hostility.

If you think the Repubs will do anything more than give lip service to this you’re delusional. They haven’t done a single thing to stop any of Obama’s take-over, what makes you think this will be any different. We the people have to step up, through whatever means necessary to get our country back.

More than that, they can use the tax code as a penal code, penalizing citizens for their behavioral and economic choices. In a sense, progressive taxation already does this and the code has been used for a long time for social and economic engineering but this is something not done before: we’ll tax you for doing nothing.

So, the federal government can now mandate commerce; they simply need to represent it is a negative tax: Buy this or else get taxed. So much for the US Constitution.
The US Supreme Court also ruled recently that all property is subject to confiscation to be sold for profit of the government with the owner getting what the government decides to give them. Combined with this ruling the property owner can now be taxed the entire amount of the proceeds and receive nothing.
We are now literal slaves to the government.
Since the federal government refuses to obey the constitution we should too! REVOLT!!!
