Brian Kilmeade just played the interview Zero had with George Stephanopwhatever where Zero INSISTED there was no tax. Romney had better start using that in ads.

That's why this is a win. The SCOTUS disagrees with Obama - the ACA IS A TAX. As such SCOTUS cannot stop it. But the legislative branch can. That said the ruling is nuts - SCOTUS is saying the government is not making you do anything if you can refuse to do it and pay a fine. Horrible precedent but politically a win.

When people get over the innitial shock and clear heads start thinking, we may find we have just been handed the election AND the end of Obamacare/Dem rule on a golden platter.

They used deception in many ways to pass this, in addition to claiming it is not a tax, Kagan was put there to pass this...Holder would not release documents to congress regarding her involvement
The rationing, death panel, was inserted into the stimulus bill .
