Survives as a Tax. WTF?
As I understand it, reported on FoxNews, the word tax does not appear in this bill. How then do you support the individual mandate as a tax?
Isn’t this a poll tax (or head tax) payable by every adult? They rioted in Britain the last time this was tried.
