I thought that was a really good call.
Limbaugh’s callers are usually top notch, but this guy was especially great.

I heard this guy on the radio. You could hear the frustration in his voice.

I hope he used a wrong first name. He gave out information (not specifics) that could ID him.

The pity is that out of 300 million people, so very few actually ever study the laws that upset them so much.

Statutory law is administrative law.

Administrative law IS NOT LAW.

It’s corporate POLICY.

Like at your company - just policy. It’s whatever the corporate officers want it to be.

The real fight for freedom isn’t even being fought in this country - which is addressing how those in government have turned the country into a de-facto corporation.

Unless you want to look at that, stop whining. Because if you accept that the government is a corporation then get this - IF you accept that it is a corporation -

EVERYTHING IT IS DOING IS PERFECTLY LEGAL.

And that includes violating it’s own administrative law, as long as it has “ruled” tha it’s okay for it to violate it’s own law.

Because that’s just a policy that suspends other policies for the good of the company, at the decision of the corporate officers.

And as a de facto employee of said company, your opinion is worth zero.

If the federal government won’t honor federal laws to quell illegal immigration, and refuses to allow that state’s law enforcement to take over, why should a state allow the federal government to do any business on it’s soil?

Why shouldn’t such a state cut the power to the offices of the federal courts, FBI, IRS, and other federal programs?

When the federal government resumes responsibility for it’s constitutional mandate to end illegal immigration, the power could be turned back on.

Obozo just decided that he won’t enforce the Law in Arizona and he will issue orders to underlings to that effect. Doesn’t this constitute an ‘illegal order’? I’d defy the bastard if I were a cop.

“The real fight for freedom isn’t even being fought in this country....”

.
Are you saying that the SCOTUS is also in the pockets of the UN like the POTUS and the members of the American Baath party are?

It would have been informative if Rush had asked the BP agent how the Arizona law requiring employers to use the e-Verify system has affected apprehensions. The USSC upheld the law last year.

I've read that it is a big reason illegals are moving out of that State, and crossings are down. Yes, I know many illegals are self-deporting due to the bad job market. Still, would have liked to hear the opinion from a front line BP agent.

“John” has not done a very good job masking his identity.

Hmmmm... took today off, anniversary today, 25 years on the job as of a few months ago, identifiable voice, etc. If I were “inside” it would take me 30 minutes to narrow it down to about 5-people.

I’m not saying the call was not genuine, but this would be a great way to set up a target, or to get yourself at odds with your employer.

Also... he’ll be the guy with the new laptop & iPod. (and even the GREAT El Rushbo will have to send him a federal 1099).

Hearing this this morning brought tears to my eyes. I have added John and his fellow officers to my prayer list. They are in mortal danger, almost as much from Washington as from the illegals they are trying to stop. God help them.

Before having to let the illegals go I think they should find out if they are employed and the next day raid that business and charge the employer.

They are Border Patrol Agents, not Border Control Agents. There is no such thing as a Border Agent or a Border Control Agent. Border Patrol Agents wear green uniforms and patrol areas north of the Mexican border and south of the Canadian border, usually close to the border. CBP (Customs and Border Protection) agents wear dark blue uniforms and guard the ports of entry.

And the SNAP program...to those who cannot "show their papers"!!
