The standard circumscribing Obama and Holders conduct is the Constitution and International law.Obama and Holder perpetrated an Act of War on Mexico. IN doing so they committed genocide murder of 300+ Mexican citizens and of 2 US citizens. This is as far as we know. There may be more.
This is fascism. The political end justifies any means. In this case the political end of arming a reconquista movement of guerrilla illegals in the USA, and the establishment of gun control contrary to the 2nd amendment were the ends sought.
Both Obama and Holder are treasonous criminals and murderers, and should be tried and executed for their crimes. War is under the sole purview of Congress and the people, and these fascist puppets have gone too far, and must pay for their crimes.
