At your observation, I did a screencap of the video, and got a few independent pictures of Morsi for comparison.
It's him. Same nose, same glasses, same side-of-mouth furrows, and you can see in the independent pictures, he's a fan of the comb-over.

Well, inasmuch as nuclear detonations somewhat resemble miniature suns, we will have plenty of sunshine soon.
I am wondering however about the bald head and that small spot at the top of the forehead. My question is if that is hair or a brain tumor pushing up through his skill.
A have seen a few such tumors which do cause a part of the skull to bulge upwards.
I have also seen a Muslim cleric who lost his head wrap to reveal a totally bald head.

Israel will try to limit it to the use of neutron weapons. They will use those to stop Egypt’s massive tank corp as it moves through the Sinai. But it will quickly escalate from there as they will also have to use neutrons on south Lebanon to stop the massive missile bombardment from there. Soon after they will have to pull out the megaton city busters.
