Those who have placed Obama where he is have seemingly sent signals that his usefulness to them has expired. His support is eroding within the ranks of his own party and cracks are starting to show in the media treatment he has received. They cannot allow his presence on the ticket in November as it will help destroy the cause in which they believe.
If they are going to pull the rug from under him, it has to be done in a way that his core supporters can find acceptable. There isn't sufficient time left before the election for impeachment proceedings that could be blamed on the Republican party. This leaves only a few options, only one of which that I can see Obama willing to play along with. Let's see what the Twenty Fifth Amendment, Section 4 says.
"4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office."
Is Obama starting to act "crazy" lately? Are his recent rants and rulings part of a plan to set the stage for declaring him unfit to serve? Look for more insanity from him in the near future if this is the plan as well as Biden appointing Hillary to the Vice president spot if the Twenty Fifth is put into effect. I can just see the news coverage with all of the Democrats, one after the other, crying into the microphones about how they feel so concerned for dear old Barry, and how much they hope he gets better, etc., etc.
It's their only out that can be done before the election. He has faked his entire life history. Don't think that faking a little insanity is beyond him. It sets the stage for all of the fake compassion you won't be able to get away from 24-7 as well.
Look at my tagline, I must be living in hell. But suprisingly I was in the city today driving around and I’ve noticed a lot less Obama stickers than I did in 2008. Actually the only ones that I have noticed are old Obama stickers that are on old rusted out POS cars. It would be interesting to see how many are in Iowa today, I remember being in Iowa in 2008 I was attending college at U of I and I saw a lot if them.
I am hoping that they will concentrate equally on deregulating as much as possible in order to encourage start ups and hiring, as well as budget cutting. I would also like the president to un-sign Kennedy's executive order allowing the federal workforce to be unionized.

Agree! Other “short-term” actions such a Congress and Executive could take:
1. Immediately remove the “sunset provisions” of the Bush-era tax cuts, making them “permanent”.
2. Reduce the corporate tax rate to a level below the rates paid in other developed countries (or eliminate altogether, whichever is the most politically feasible)
3. Eliminate capital gains taxes
4. Rescind most, if not all, of Obama’s Executive Orders
5. Rescind the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)
There are a myriad of other things they could do, but these things would be a good start, one that would provide an almost immediate jump start to the economy.
Then, within this fiscally conservative environment, the hard work of dealing with annual budget deficits and the longer term national debt would begin. This is where we will find out whether the people will agree to support reductions/reforms in entitlement spending, tax reforms, etc. Here is where I’m much less optimistic.
LOL
