They want to wait until the very last day they are in session so they can get out of Dodge when they release the ruling. Cowards!
I really don’t think any of the justices, even the liberal ones are cowards.
Anyone that can sit in a judge’s seat in a courtroom and pass judgment on cases is definitely not a coward.
I do think they don’t want to make public statements about any of their rulings.
Ginsburg already goofed on that one.
