As Karen as already said she does not want criminal charges filed against them, the parent should insist on the community service. Mistake. They NEED to be punished. They should be slapped across the mouth just for the language they were using.

they need to do HARD labor, and give all the money they earn for a year to that woman...after their butts have been whipped raw. In the meantime, Karen needs to take some serious martial arts training and get back on that bus!
