I really find it hard to believe she voted in favor of what was “right” vs “the agenda”...
Perhaps it would have been different if her vote mattered.
It does matter because it made the vote 6/3. When the vote is 5/4 it's considered a conservative/liberal split vote and not based on an impartial interpretation of the constitution but on political ideology.
Maybe it's wishful thinking on my part, but I hope she actually is a wise Latina.
