Knox VS. SEIU is actually a HUGE Decision that hits directly at Union/Democrat Revenue streams, especially in California.

But, you won’t be hearing about it on the evening news tonite.

Knox VS. SEIU:

The opinion is by Breyer.

Usually not a good sign.

Justice Scalia dissents, joined by the Chief and Alito and Thomas.

Also almost always a bad sign. Scalia and Thomas are the good guys.

What are/were the issues and ramifications of this case that caused our freedom-loving, Constitution-loving justices to dissent?
