I love it and Sotomayor seems to be showing loyalty to Roberts and voted with the majority. Kagan is another Ginsburg.

I'm not so sure.

The opinion is by Breyer.

Usually not a good sign.

Justice Scalia dissents, joined by the Chief and Alito and Thomas.

Also almost always a bad sign. Scalia and Thomas are the good guys.

What are/were the issues and ramifications of this case that caused our freedom-loving, Constitution-loving justices to dissent?
