“I predict that no matter what the Supreme Court decides Obama will continue to act as if he alone is the only legitimate branch of government.”

Predictions:
Az law: 7-1 upheld
Mandate: 5-4 overturned
Severability: Not sever able 6-3
I’ll share this with you all: I was in Washington over spring break and while waiting for the Metro, talked with a lady briefly. I told her that HC concerns me because I have an excellent situation with my doctor. She has my full confidence and there is a medication that I MUST take. I told this lady I cannot have my medical situation disturbed by a bad law. The lady looked at me with sincerity and said “ Well, I think you can stay on your current plan if you want to b/c not everybody is affected by the law”. I was stunned that someone in Washington would be that ignorant of the far-reaching aspects of this law.

Agree with you on mandate and severability, but I believe that the vote on the AZ law will be 5-3 to uphold it.
Although this is a prediction, all but two justices seem fairly known/reliable. Got a breakdown by justice?
4 FOR BOTH: All four socialist justices
2 AGAINST BOTH: Scalia and Thomas
UNKNOWN: Roberts - a conservative but has a reputation of being loathe to go against the legislature.
UNKNOWN: Kennedy - which side of the bed did/will he get up on when the decision was/is made?
The decision which may have already been made was/is teetering between 6-2 for Individual Mandate/ObamaCare and 5-4 against Individual Mandate/ObamaCare. What is you take on the two unknowns?
