It seems as though if it were Bush’s fault, Holder would have come clean to make himself look good and Bush bad.

Obviously Squealer Jackson Lee is attacking Bush because she and the rest of the CBC cannot handle the fact that America had a white president. There is no other reason but Racism possible.
