demonstrates good moral character should be eligible to practice law..when lying on applications for the bar (Florida) kept him from getting his license there he took his moral character to CA where they overlook stuff, another part of his moral character exposed

I see problems for this guy even if he gets his license.
Grounds for reversal based on ineffective advice of counsel.
When we judge on emotion rather than reason and fact, the results are Chaos.
The Bar must apply the law as written not resort to emotional appeals.
