Yesterday, Judge Lewis proffered an example of an American born person who moved to Tehran, Iran, renounced his U.S. citizenship, and began a populist campaign of anti-American rhetoric in Iran. And then he asked plaintiff’s attorney, Larry Klayman, if the individual would be ineligible to be POTUS.
Klayman stammered and stumbled. He should have directly stated, “Anyone who moves out of the U.S. and renounces their U.S. citizenship can never be POTUS because they are not a U.S. citizen after the Certificate of Loss of Nationality is issued and their loyalty is questionable.”
My point was that we could use him to make contact with his sister. It is HER we would be asking the questions of.
