I do dread the debates (Newt would’ve been the ideal one, hands down), but I hope we get pleasantly surprised - because BHO absolutely MUST be stopped from finishing off our country.
If not, nothing else matters. Congress won’t pose any serious obstruction to The Wan - he’s making that obvious already.
“Another 4 years of Obama could be another decade or so of Obama.”
Hey, I’m holding my breath to see if he finds a way to suspend THIS election!
You can bet Obama’s going to focus on Romney’s multipe stances on almost every issue from abortion, gay rights to Obama/RomneyCare.
There is one trait that those who know the two men know they both share. They are flip-floppers and tend to spend much of their debating time defending and explaining why they stood for something before and why they think differently now.
We saw John Kerry do this in debates with Bush and most recently Romney in the primary debates.
At least we can know what types of attacks Obama’s going to make. It’s up to Romney to defend himself.
“In fairness to Kerry, I’m guessing he earns it...”
LOL - that’s true, but it was the deal he made.
I grew up hearing an old saying - “If you marry for money, you’ll earn every penny” :-)
BHO is a Marxist, racist, Muslim, America-hating, radical idealogue down to his core. One doesn’t have to do all that much research into his background, life, words and actions to see this.
I know what little Barry is. But, again I ask any Romney supporter to list exactly how Romney’s record is substantially different from little Barry’s. Of course they never do, because they can’t. Romney proved it this week when he basically approved of Amnesty by Fiat. You people are in such a hurry to get rid of BHO, that you’re willing to replace him with a political clone. It’s like replacing Lenin with Stalin.
How exciting. /s
Right. We have no need for a Congress and they should, all of them resign immediately. They’re clearly not interested in opposing the tyrant so they should clean out their offices and leave.
This is the fundamental transformation Obama promised and it is apparently unopposed by either a majority of Americans or the other 2 branches of government or all 3 mentioned above.
All the totalitarianism that the left promised us would be brought by the evil republicans was actually finalized by a Marxist strongman posing as a liberal democrat.
Anything that gives us four more years of Obama is to be avoided, no matter how bad it tastes.
Absolutely! I hope enough of us get the message in time.
It absolutely mistifies me that it has taken this long for some around here to realize that. Romney is far from my idea of anything like an ideal candiate, but.....c’mon. Doing the petulant, “I’m-not-going-to-vote” thing is really, really stupid.
Remember, the next four years may see two SCOTUS appointments. You want to leave that to Obinga?
Thank you!
Next we would build the actual marketing program around, so thus avoiding, the objections. The hostile focus group was invaluable. With a control group of friendlies, all we got was compliments and a rehash of what we discussed... We learned NOTHING from the "friendlies."
Kerry is a "friendly" ... He will never think like a Romney. They will learn NOTHING. My point is, if this is the kind of strategy they are employing, then this election is going to be an enjoyable experience, unlike the last one.
Attempting to live as a man of honor in this reality brings only grief.
The American dream is all but dead. We killed it through our decadence and forsaking God. Perhaps if enough of us got on our knees in true heartfelt repentance, God would hear our prayer, but it's going to take something much more powerful than a political solution.
So opposing Romney is now unconstitutional? Refusing to support the candidate foisted on us by a rigged selection process makes me a non-conservative?
I question their Conservatism I question yours.
I was going to note that Kerry should have an easy time since there's not a spit's worth of difference between the two.
Alas, I was wrong. Kerry has served his country however shortly.
Neither Mitt nor his family has seen one second of service....despite 4 wars worth of opportunity to do so.

This just in, Kelsey Grammer (in blackface!) will play Barack Obama in Romney’s practice debates!!! He will easily beat Kerry for the emmy. ;-D
