I see far to many on the right, especially pundits and talk radio hosts, throwing around the term Executive Order. I directed you to the White house list of EO’s as examples of the format EO’s take.

The term Executive Order has a particular legal meaning and legal significance as does the term administrative discretion.

I find folks who don't know the meaning of the terms they throw around don't have particularly strong arguments.

Every single article on the “policy change” referred to it as an Executive Order, so what? Thomas Sowell, whom I quoted, doesn’t have particularly strong arguments?

Are you saying you agree with 4Speed in post 16 that a President Romney would be unable to reverse the policy? That he would need a bill from congress?
