Klayman can submit evidence that Obama was born outside of the US?

Oh, boy, there could be any combination of items, such as the missing flight manifest, the Catholic Relief Society [or such} of Connecticut filing for SSN stating that zippy is a foreign national, divorce decree document (would not THAT be ironic, given that Obama used a copy of one to eliminate his opponent in an Illinois state senate race?), further affadavits from knowledgeable individuals, the masters degree thesis by the Hawaii vital records clerk (Tim something-or-other), public statements by Gov Neil Abercrombie, etc, etc, or maybe even something they got handed by an anonymous person in Hawaii during Zullo's visit there!

I am going to Costco to buy economy-sized boxes of butter and Orville Redenbacher's microwave popcorn!!

I would think that if Klayman says he has evidence that Obama was born outside the US it would have to be more than just a lack of evidence that he WAS born in the US.

I’ve actually been sick the last week, subsisting off of crackers and water, mostly, or I’d take a seat on your sofa and help you finish off all that buttery popcorn =)

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse lead investigator have submitted sworn affidavits in a Florida case challenging President Obama’s eligibility for the election ballot of the crucial swing-state that decided the 2000 presidential election.

Affidavits from Arpaio, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and WND author and senior reporter Jerome Corsi have been filed ahead of the hearing. The briefs support the complaint’s charge that there is evidence Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the White House and, therefore, original documentation is needed to determine whether he should be on the ballot.Now the good Sheriff has placed a gag order with Corsi and WND. He has also hinted about how explosive his findings would be. So has he found the smoking gun and handed it over to a judge?
