I believe ex-KGB agent Yuri Bezmenov had quite a lot to say about the Soviet Union and it’s on-going plot to take over the world. We think we won the Cold War; I’m not sure Bezmenov saw it that way.

I'm sure they are happy to fish in these troubled waters but I don't see Russia as having engineered this "destruction." Europe has done that for themselves very well.
