Sorry guys, I long ago vowed that I’d vote for whomever Sandra Fluke endorsed (as I’m sure many other Americans have) so unless she changes her mind, I’m voting for Obama.
As with Colin Powell, who the left INSISTED on making him Irish, (pronounced Collin, spelled Colin). I was confused as to what his name actually was. I waited until I heard Colin Powell pronounce his own name as Colon.
I can understand the left being embarrassed for poor old Colin (Colon) who was so ignorant, that he couldn’t pronounce his own name correctly. He didn't realize he was mispronouncing his own name to be a body part filled with $hit. How IGNORANT of him!
Like another Black name, pronounced Fa molly, spelled “Female”. Now I realize that nobody names their female child Female. The child was just unnamed at the time of birth hence the “fill in the blank” name female.
I can understand just changing the pronunciation instead of going through the red tape of legally changing the name.
I fall into this category myself as my middle name was supposed to be Allen, and was misspelled as Ellen. I only admit to having a middle initial (E) not a middle name.
My point here is that people can pronounce their own names any way they want to and that pronunciation becomes the CORRECT pronunciation of THEIR name, PERIOD!
News people and everyone else should make an effort to get it right, go directly to the source, it's very easy to do.

Remember, this is the flake (Sandra Fluke) that spent $3,000 in one year on birth control and didn't know she could get her BC pills at Walmart for $9 for a 30 day supply. [She also wasn't aware of the frequent user discount for condoms sold by the pallet.] Why is she pursuing a law degree when hookers have more fun and are better paid? Just some thoughts for inquiring minds to ponder.
