We’ve actually come a long way in that regard. I can remember when it was considered loony to suggest that Obama had committed actual crimes. Now he’s committed so many blatant violations of the Constitution and law that it’s not difficult at all to believe that he’s also violated the criminal law.
And of course, it doesn’t hurt that a law enforcement body is doing a criminal investigation for forgery and fraud - in which Obama had to be involved in at least the fraud portion.
Holder will soon be used as cannon fodder. :)
