Klayman will be successful as long as he emphasizes to the court that 27 Supreme Court justices agreed on the Minor definition of NBC: all children born in the country to parents who were its citizens ... all while rejecting that the 14th amendment defines NBC. THE precedent that needs to be cited in addition to Minor is Luria v. United States which affirms that Minor is the precedent on presidential eligibility NOT Wong Kim Ark, even though Wong Kim Ark unanimously affirmed the Minor NBC definition.
