But murder rates in the U.S. are decreasing. Perhaps the stunning increase is in the number of murderers thinking they have a new "get out of jail free" card.

Looking at the graph murder rates have FALLEN since 1980.

Could there be a tie in with the number of states that have passed Concealed Carry between 1980 and 2012?
