Boehner votes no. He needs to be dumped as speaker in January.

This is a House Oversight Committee vote; not a full vote of the House. Boehner won’t be voting. OTOH, I’ll assume Issa feels he has the committee Republicans locked in if he’s comfortable scheduling a vote.

If it makes it to a floor vote, Boehner will likely not vote at all, claiming that the Speaker only votes when the vote is needed.

I thought the vote was not until June 20th.

What do you mean Boehner voted no? They had the vote already??
I was listening to Congressman Allen West just today say that when the vote comes he will be voting for the contempt charge against Holder.
When was the vote????

NOT TRUE! Boehner is not on the Committee and the total House vote has not taken place yet. Just so you know:
FROM A NEWS REPORT:
If the contempt resolution wins a majority vote in the committee, it then may move to the full House for consideration. In a statement Monday, House Speaker John Boehner warned that Either the Justice Department turns over the information requested, or Congress will have no choice but to move forward with holding the Attorney General in contempt for obstructing an ongoing investigation.
