Anything medicinal from China is either superstitious quackery or toxic.

Pet food from China will kill your pets.

Tooth paste from China is lethal if ingested, and probably not so great for you even if you spit it out.

Cough medicine from China will have paint thinner in it instead of glycerol because paint thinner is cheaper and they do not care if it kills you.

Baby food from China will have cheap toxins added if the toxins mimic the presence of an expensive ingredient they would rather not pay for.

Anything electronic from China is either nonfunctional or its function is to disable your device or spy upon you.

I’m thinking this may be the “assassin’s mace” they were talking about some years ago. It’s near EMP level devastation without the need for the EMP, and subject to none of the hardening defenses. No sub or ICBM required; the American consumer is the ideal distributed delivery system. I also wonder about composite chemical warfare from China. There are so many “innocuous” compounds building to background levels in the environment, and building our bloodstreams.
